With a vast network of stores spanning 218 locations in Belgium (serving two language profiles), 26 in Sweden, 148 in the Netherlands, and 44 in Poland, all brands aimed to ensure that store details always remained accurate and up-to-date in all customer communications and track accurate location data across various platforms. Such details would enhance the brands’ operational efficiency while delivering a seamless experience for their audience, reinforcing customer trust and streamlining the appointment booking process.
To address the challenge of maintaining accurate store details across all communications, we implemented a robust solution leveraging Deployteq and the Yext location management platform. By integrating Yext with Deployteq, we ensured that store details remained up-to-date and dynamically accessible. Using the Location ID linked to each contact, relevant store details could be seamlessly inserted into all customer emails.This setup enabled personalized communications, such as appointment confirmation emails enriched with dynamic map images of the specific store location. Behind the scenes, a combination of tools powered the process: a Yext location management Google Apps Script web app, a Deployteq "stores" data model table, CRUD webhooks, and the Datamodel REST API. Together, these components ensured smooth synchronization and real-time updates for accurate location data.
Our solution delivered significant improvements in operational efficiency and customer experience. By dynamically enriching communications with accurate, location-specific details, Sonova and its brands strengthened their ability to provide personalized and seamless interactions. Appointment confirmation emails, in particular, became more informative and user-friendly, reducing customer uncertainty and improving overall satisfaction. This integration streamlined workflows, allowing Sonova to maintain consistency across all store locations while reinforcing customer trust and engagement.
This is a very important topic for us. We’re currently doing a lot of optimizations with the shops, so on a monthly base we have several shops that change location or ID. In those cases, it’s very important to always have the latest data of a shop in all our communications with clients.
